Radial Beam Power Tetrode

The Svetlana 4CX250R/7580W is a compact, high-perveance radial beam tetrode with a plate dissipation rating of 250 Watts with forced-air cooling. The 4CX250R/7580W is intended for Class AB SSB linear RF amplifier service in applications where shock and vibration may be present. The 4CX250R/7580W will replace the 4CX250B in equipment that has sufficient bias-range adjustment and input/output capacitance tolerance.

The Svetlana 4CX250R/7580W is manufactured in the Svetlana factory in St. Petersburg, Russia, and designed to be a direct replacement for the military and commercial versions of the 4CX250R/7580W manufactured in the United States.
